📖 TNT Step-by-Step Guide
1

Finding a Contact

Use the search bar at the top to find anyone instantly. Search by name, phone number, company, address, city, state, or email — it searches everything at once. Or use the left sidebar filters to narrow by Brand, Age Tier, or Pipeline status.

💡 Sam's tip: Type just a phone number to instantly find whose number that is — across all 3,000+ contacts.
2

Reading a Contact Record

Click any name in the list to open the full record on the right. You'll see their KPI bar at the top (phone count, emails, property state, call logs), then all phone numbers, emails, property address, mailing address, and remarks below.

💡 Primary phone is always highlighted in gold — that's the best number to call first.
3

Copying Phone Numbers

Click any phone number row to copy it instantly to your clipboard. Click "⎘ All Numbers" in the top-right to copy every number for that contact at once — perfect for dialing software or pasting into a call sheet.

💡 Numbers marked "Ring" were unconfirmed in the source data — try them but expect some may not connect.
4

Logging a Call

After calling, type what happened in the Call Log box at the bottom of the record and press Enter or click LOG. Every entry is timestamped automatically. This builds your history with each owner over time — just like GoldMine's history tab.

💡 Examples: "Left VM on #1 · (212) 489-6320" or "Spoke with son — call back Tue 3pm" or "Not interested in selling yet."
5

Voice Notes

Click "🎙 Record" in the Voice Notes section to record a voice memo directly in the app. Hit Stop when done. Your recording saves permanently to that contact. Play it back anytime by clicking the play button.

💡 Use voice notes to capture tone, context, or details too nuanced for text — "He seemed open, wife in background, call back in 30 days."
6

Setting a Callback Reminder

In the Reminders section, pick a date/time and type a note (e.g. "Call back — asked to call Tuesday"). Click Add Reminder. The app will alert you with a banner notification at the exact time — even if you're on another contact.

💡 Enable browser notifications when prompted so reminders fire even when TNT is minimized.
7

Pipeline Status

Every contact has a status: Hot (priority), Fresh (just blasted), or New. Click the status badge on any record to cycle through. Filter by status in the left sidebar to build your daily call list.

💡 Sam's workflow: Hot = call today. Fresh = follow up within 48hrs. New = needs first contact.
8

Adding New Contacts

Click "+ New Contact" in the top-right. Fill in name, brand, phones, and property. TNT automatically blocks duplicate phone numbers — if a number already exists in the database, you'll be warned before saving.

💡 Always enter the most reliable phone number as Phone 1 (Primary). You can enter up to 9 numbers per contact.
9

Editing Remarks

Click directly on the Remarks box to edit it. Type anything — deal notes, DNC flags, family details, property status. Click anywhere else to save automatically.

💡 Good remarks to keep: "Owns 12 properties," "Wife is decision-maker," "DNC — do not call," "Property listed $4.2M."
10

Sorting & Filtering

Use the sort buttons (A–Z, Age, Brand, State) above the contact list to instantly reorder. The Age ↓ sort puts your oldest — highest priority — owners at the top. Combine with brand filters for surgical targeting.

💡 Best daily workflow: Filter "Popeyes" → Sort "Age ↓" → work from top down. Oldest owners are most motivated sellers.
